Grade 7 Fundraising
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – we have reached our goal! Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the year whether it was by volunteering your time or participating in our fundraisers and events. All of our year end activities listed below were paid for in full!
Why are the Grade 7’s Fundraising?
There are a number of Grade 7 activities and events throughout the 2025/26 school year and the costs of these initiatives are expected to be paid for by the families of the students. In order to bring these costs down for the 40 Grads of 2026, the Grade 7’s fundraise over the course of their year.
With your help, the Grade 7’s aim to raise $7,000 this year:
- A 4th day of the kayaking program with Deep Cove Kayak
- A barbeque
- A year end adventure team building activity to Grouse Mountain & optional Gravity Coaster
- A visit to the Vancouver Aquarium
- Student yearbooks
- A legacy gift from the Grade 7’s to Cove Cliff Elementary
They are holding the following events and fundraisers:
- Movie Nights (October & February)
- Moja Coffee Sale (October)
- Samosa Sale Fundraiser (November)
- Cove Cliff Holiday Market (charity event) (December)
- Nourishment Meals Fundraiser (January/February)
- Hot Chocolate Fridays (February & March)
- Photo Fundraiser (April)
- Candy Shop Fridays (April)
- Donut Drive (April)
- Freezie Fridays (May/June)
If you are a parent of a grade 7 student you can help by:
- Getting involved! Sign up to lead/co-lead an event, fundraiser or committee. All roles can be customized to team up with a friend or lead solo. (Konstella)
- Not ready to lead? Please watch for the sign up sheets to help out where you can! (Konstella) There will also be lot of opportunties for your student to get involved to help with Movie Nights, Freezie Sales and more!
- Spread the word! Share the email campaigns with friends, family and neighbours. You can also put up our posters at your workplace.

- You can help support the Grade 7’s by participating in our events and sharing our fundraising campaigns with friends, family and neighbours to spread the word in our community!

Come to Our Monthly PAC Meeting Every Third Wednesday!
Every parent of a child who attends Cove Cliff is automatically a member of the Parent Advisory Council. All parents are welcome at the meetings and are encouraged to attend. It is a great way to get to know what is happening at the school, what events are coming up, and ways to help out.

The Cove Cliff Elementary School Parent Advisory Council provides a forum within our school community to discuss matters affecting our school and children.
