🍎PAC Student Meals Program at Cove Cliff 2025/26
We’re excited to bring back the PAC Student Meals Program for 2025/26 – a fun way for families to order special lunches, whilst also raising important funds for our school community. Each year, the Cove Cliff Elementary Parent Advisory Council allocates funds to support families facing financial difficulties, helping them participate in school and PAC-organized activities. This support may cover costs for field trips, Outdoor School, Student Meals, and other school-related programs and initiatives.
With your help, we expect to raise over $15,000 this year to support:

First Hot Lunch Day: Monday January 5, 2026
Weekly Hot Lunch Schedule
Mondays → Subway, DJJ Pizza + Local Lift
Fridays → Sushi, Well Fed + Hot Dog Day (once a month)

NEW Parents: Register HERE to create your account.
RETURNING Parents: Go straight to the login page and sign in HERE with last year’s account. Please remember to update your child’s classroom for the new school year.
💡 Pro tip: Ordering and paying in bulk saves on transaction fees which means more money goes back to the PAC.
⏰ Cut off: Orders must be placed and paid for at least 8 days before the scheduled lunch. Late orders will not be processed. Any issues please contact the menu coordinator.
Volunteer
To make this program run smoothly, we need 2-5 volunteers each Monday and Friday to help distribute meals into classroom coolers. Each shift takes about 1 hour. It’s a simple way to get involved, meet other parents, and support our school community. Please sign up for a slot on Konstella.
A Word on Fundraising
This program makes a real difference. By adding between $.25 and a $1.00 to the cost of most main meal items, the PAC is able to fund important programs such as technology upgrades, field trips and new sports equipment.
Daryl (DJJ) and Jacqueline (Local Lift) have generously gifted their items to students within Helping Hands. Please support these lovely local business owners when you can.
In addition, families will see an option in MunchaLunch to “Donate a Lunch.” This supports the Cove Cliff PAC Helping Hand Program, which ensures that every student can participate regardless of financial circumstances. Learn more about the Helping Hand Program HERE.
Is your child absent on a Hot Lunch Day?
We understand that sometimes absences happen and we want to ensure your child’s lunch doesn’t go to waste! Here’s how you can pick up their order:
- Before 11AM – Please reach out to the coordinator for that day (contact details below) to request that your child’s lunch be set aside.
- At Noon – You’re welcome to pick up the lunch from the PAC Kitchen (please enter through the basketball court doors).
- By 12:15PM – Any unclaimed lunches will be redistributed, with priority given to those who do not have a lunch.

Come to Our Monthly PAC Meeting Every Third Wednesday!
Every parent of a child who attends Cove Cliff is automatically a member of the Parent Advisory Council. All parents are welcome at the meetings and are encouraged to attend. It is a great way to get to know what is happening at the school, what events are coming up, and ways to help out.
